Harv said in the chapter "Wealth File # 10" that the rich is a good receiver, and the poor are poor receivers. Indeed, I agree with that statement. It is true that the rich man is a man who was ready to accept any gift from the creator, but if, in comparison with those poor people are not ready and have not had time to think will be used for anything if I had been on Give him by the creator or has received a gift from the creator. Actually the key is the only one when you receive something you think should then immediately be used for anything who  develop into much. because if you think to just use it then you are a group of individuals who are not ready to accept a gift from the creator.
